Maydale Nature Classroom Construction Update
Please note, since this blog entry was published, we received an update that the opening of the Maydale Nature Classroom will be Spring 2020, and programming will be suspended until the opening of the building.

Thank you to Montgomery Parks for providing periodic construction updates and photos. Here are highlights from the latest update as of August 6, 2019:
- The interior is 85% complete. The remaining items include floor installation, completing doors and trim, installing the restroom fixtures and final painting.
- On the exterior [Montgomery Parks] will be finishing the deck and siding, finishing the gazebo, installing the porch roof and completing the landscaping.
- The fire tank is scheduled to be installed the first week of September.
- Solar panels are expected to be installed in the fall.
- Estimate for final Use and Occupancy is the end of September or first week of October.
